How Buy4U works

Products and fulfilment

Buy4U is a dropshipping store. Partner suppliers in China pack and ship orders directly; we do not hold local stock. Check the selected style, size or phone model and the “What you receive for quantity 1” information on each product page.

Prices are in US dollars. The advertised retail price includes tracked shipping to our nine supported destinations: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands and New Zealand. Import duties, VAT/GST and brokerage charges, where applicable, follow the conditions in our shipping policy.

What the product information means

Materials, dimensions, contents and styling images come from supplier information. We clarify what one order includes and identify features that have not been verified. We do not present supplier images as our own photography or publish invented customer reviews.

Our buying guides add comparisons, planning methods and clearly labelled examples. They are not claims that we have physically tested every product. If a missing measurement or feature is important to your choice, email support@buy4u.shop before buying.

Checkout and help

Available payment options are shown at checkout. PayPal decides which payment methods it can offer to you. Do not send payment details or passwords by email or through an order support request.

For an existing order, use Track order or Order support with your order number and checkout email. Support requests receive a case number and their updates can be checked on the same page.

Our standard return request window is 14 days from delivery. Change-of-mind returns normally require the buyer to pay return postage to the specified supplier warehouse. Damaged, wrong or defective items are assessed separately. Read the full returns policy and privacy policy before ordering.
