Shipping

Buy4U is a dropshipping store. When you order, a partner supplier in China packs and ships your item directly to you. We do not hold stock ourselves.

Delivery times (estimates)

• United Kingdom, Germany, France, Ireland & Netherlands: typically 7–18 business days after the supplier ships.
• United States & Canada: typically 8–20 business days.
• Australia & New Zealand: typically 8–22 business days.
• Other destinations: shipping is currently available only to the destinations listed above.

Allow 1–3 business days for preparation in addition to transit time. Business days exclude weekends. The product page uses these same ranges to calculate estimated arrival dates; public holidays, busy seasons and customs checks can add time.

Stock and delivery availability are checked before payment. Tracking appears on the order tracking page once the supplier has handed the parcel to the carrier. Check the same page for shipment updates.

Who ships & tracking

Orders are fulfilled by verified partner suppliers, including CJ Dropshipping. Tracking may use services such as CJPacket, YunExpress or national postal partners. Tracking can take 2–5 days to update after the first scan.

Customs, duties & taxes

Your retail price covers the product and international shipping to the destination we quote. Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees charged by your country (if any) are the buyer's responsibility unless we state otherwise for a specific product. Some countries charge little or nothing on low-value parcels; others (for example parts of the EU) may collect VAT at checkout or on delivery. We cannot reclaim customs charges once paid.

Address & failed delivery

Please double-check the address entered at checkout. The same confirmed address is sent to the payment and fulfillment provider. If delivery fails, open an order support request so we can review the reason and explain any reshipping costs before you agree.
